Designer: stéphane ashpoolinspiration: a mix of urban sportswear with a touch of feminine sustainedthe focus: tracksuit bottoms revisited under a coat in total transparency, linings in silk, pleats, embroideries colours: powdery colours, like pink, light blue, purple, whiteto note: the collaboration with the ‘métiers d’art’ like lognon and lesage, notably with the appearance of the "p" logo made of feathers by lemariéinterview from stéphane ashpool:i was thinking about women throughout this collection. i thought about my mum, my girlfriend and thought of a certain softness. i also got to know myself better, accept my feminine side, whilst still being a man. so i wanted to bring that idea one way or another into clothing, with slits, transparencies, shine and more feminine elements.i have already done little bits of embroidery but this time i took the opportunity to target one piece instead of scattering myself. i thought of a logo and put it on for the first time. so the "p" that we can see in feathers is that of lemarié or embroidery by lesage, on the back of notably what my friend paul is wearing, and it was the perfect chance to do that.the casting is always important; there are people that i love, that i often see, people that i have just met and a mixture of parisians. i try to mix and not completely uniformize people as i find that a bit sad in fashion, so that's why i like being in the theatres and i try to push that a little.music of the show (donot reuse for more than 7 days after the show)
