Talavera won't be showing a SS16 collection and his AW15 collection won't be available for retail. Talavera's brand was sold and stocked in stores including Dover Street Market, Joyce, Opening Ceremony, LN-CC, Space Mue and Machine-A.

"Due to personal circumstance I have take the decision to not show a collection for SS16 and to take time to now decide how to channel my creativity going forward. I am extremely grateful for all of the support and belief over the last few years and for everybody who has been part of this journey. It has been an incredible experience and learning process," the designer said.

As a designer, Talavera received support from TOPMAN and Fashion East, and he's been the first undergraduate to work with the renowned luggage giant EASTPAK for four seasons.
