Klaus Jost joined the Intersport International Board of Directors as Vice President in 2002, before being appointed President in 2009. He notably contributed in Intersport's international development.

The retail chain is now present in 66 countries and boasts revenue of 10.6 billion euros. Under his presidency, Intersport International also located its HG in Bern and acquired retail chain Athlete’s Foot.

Jussi Mikkola, who has been working at Intersport Finland for 25 years, was named Vice President of the Board of Directors - which he joined in 2002 - in 2009.

As a reminder, and as FashionMag Premium reported in September, François Neukirch (ex-CEO of Go Sport), President of Intersport France for a little over a year now, was appointed Vice President of the Intersport International Board of Directors.
