Forever 21 has found a partner for the debut of its beauty boutique Riley Rose.

The fast-fashion company previously announced in May that it would open 10 Riley Rose locations in the US, and on Friday announced General Growth Properties as a partner for the new beauty concept.

As per the partnership, Riley Rose will open at 13 General Growth Properties regional shopping centers.

“These new, experiential spaces will be focused on accessories, cosmetics and home goods for the millennial consumer,” said Do Won Chang, CEO of Forever 21. “We will open 10 stores in 2017, and follow up with three more in 2018.”

Forever 21 said that Riley Rose boutiques will target millennial consumers with Instagram-friendly products. The fast fashion retailer has not announced the Riley Rose brand offering just yet, nor if the beauty concept will carry its in-house makeup line.

In addition to offering its in-house line, Forever 21 sells e.l.f. cosmetics and Nyx products at its stores, as well as Korean beauty products, which have been rapidly entering the US market through retailers such as Nordstrom and Opening Ceremony.
