My Black Is Beautiful, the online community run by Procter & Gamble (P&G), is launching a beauty line.

The brand is set to unveil a five-piece haircare line designed for black women via the retailer Sally Beauty, WWD reports. The series will span a ‘Hydrating Shampoo,' a ‘Fortifying Conditioner,' two ‘Tangle Slayer Conditioning Creams' and an ‘Intense Recovery Treatment,' all containing a ‘Golden Milk' formula featuring coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, honey and coconut oil.

"Black women are incredibly passionate and vocal about their beauty products," Lela Coffey, brand director of multicultural beauty at P&G, told WWD. "We've spent time listening to what women have to tell us, what's important in their lives...it's important to me that we're diversifying the brands [in the P&G portfolio.]"

The move comes as the personal care conglomerate unveils ‘The Look,' a new film drawing attention to the issue of racial bias and inequality experienced by many Black men in America. The film, which was produced in collaboration with the creative group Saturday Morning, is accompanied by the launch of a new online resource, www.talkaboutbias.com, designed to spark discussion and understanding of the topic.
