Luke Meier has teamed up with Supreme, collaborating once more with the brand he was the leading designer of for eight years, before launching his own label OAMC in 2013. Meier reprised the ‘Peacemaker’ military-style jacket he introduced for the Fall/Winter 2016, this time decorating the back with the logos of OAMC and of the directional US streetwear label founded by James Jebbia.

The ‘Peacemaker’, a quilted polyester jacket made in part using surplus fabric from US military uniforms, was launched on the OAMC site on Friday September 6, priced at €220, and was soon sold out, as well as being resold on other sites at much higher prices.

On the website, OAMC explained that the profits from the jacket’s sales will be donated to Immigrant Families Together, a charitable association which helps reuniting families split up by Donald Trump’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy.
