Michael Kors will open its largest Europe's flagship on Regent Street in fall 2015. The brand will use the store, which covers 15,000 feet spread over three floors, to introduce its menswear concept for the first time in Europe.

The transaction was carried out through The Crown Estate, which controls government buildings in London and has a budget of over a billion pounds to run the "Block W5" real estate project.

The project consists of offices and shops, and will open in 2015 following an extensive renovation of Regent Street. The Michael Kors store will be located at 169-183 on the famous thoroughfare.

The opening will mark the European debut of Michael Kors’ menswear collection in its own network, following the establishment of its first menswear retail concept introduced in its SoHo flagship. "Regent Street is the ideal location to open our largest Michael Kors store in Europe,” said John D. Idol, CEO of Michael Kors. “It’s a vibrant and exciting street, and a global shopping destination. Regent Street is the perfect place to open a flagship store and present our men’s retail concept to Europe."

The flagship will distribute all lines from the Michael Kors Collection and MICHAEL Michael Kors, as well as watches, jewelry, shoes, eyewear and fragrances.

The company manages stores and corners, whether directly held or in partnership, in New York, Beverly Hills, Chicago, London, Milan, Paris, Munich, Istanbul, Dubai, Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
