Michael Kors celebrates 30 years with store openings in Paris and New York

A present the size of 650 square metres. For its 30th anniversary, Michael Kors has decided to open his largest ever store in Paris; a city where the fashion designer spent 7 years working as Celine’s creative director.

With the opening date set for beginning of March 2011, the new store of the American luxury sportswear brand is going to be located at 279 Saint-Honoré Street and will offer a wide range of pieces from Michael Kors collections. The store will include accessories and beauty products on the first floor, while aVIP room will welcome customers on the second.

The brand is also opening another flagship in New York, where it will be presenting its Autumn /Winter 2011 collection on February 16th. This time, Michael Kors has invested on a space of 500 square metres at 790 Madison Avenue, at the corner with the 64th avenue (moving from its previous location at 76th). Michale Kors has another 4 stores in the United States, as well as stores in Milan and London, with plans to open a second one on Regent Street on March 12th. In total, Michael Kors runs around 100 boutiques across the world.
