The $400 million plan includes the demolition of a Sears store to pave the way for the first phase of the expansion. This is scheduled to complete by fall 2017, accommodating almost 245,000 sq ft and housing 50 new specialty stores, four mid-sized units, a food court and two new parking decks.

The shopping center is conveniently located at the intersection of 10th Street and Interstate 2, just 5 miles from the US – Mexico border. The mall is one of the most popular destinations for Mexican shoppers who live in Northern Mexico.

It currently has 150 stores including BCBGMAXAZRIA, Marciano, Michael Kors y Pandora, as well as Express, American Eagle Outfitters, Victoria’s Secret and Aéropostale.
