Goulin has served as general manager of L'Oréal's Luxe division in Italy since September 2021. He will officially assume his new position on July 1.

Goulin joined the L'Oréal group in 2000 as product manager for Lancôme in the UK. Over the years, he has taken on new roles, serving as general manager fragrances from 2012 to 2016 for L'Oréal's Luxe division in France. In 2016, Goulin stepped into the role of general manager of travel retail for the Asia-Pacific region.

In the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, French cosmetics giant L'Oréal reported sales of 9.06 billion euros, up 19% from the same period last year.
