14-year-old Lila Grace Moss-Hack is the new face of the Braid Bar, a hairstyling corner in London department store Selfridges.

A visual from the campaign posted Wednesday - The Braid Bar

In the campaign, unveiled on Instagram Wednesday, the teenager poses next to Stella Jones, daughter of The Clash musician Mick Jones, both models sporting colourful plaits and grey sweaters featuring the brand's logo.

With her debut campaign, Lila Grace is following in the footsteps of her famous mother - Kate Moss was also 14 when she posed for the first time for photographer Owen Scarbiena.

Last year, the young model was signed by KMA agency, starting her career with in a bang in a Vogue Italia shoot with her mother.

The Braid Bar opened in Selfridges in January 2015 by West London residents Sarah Hiscox and Willa Burton. Since, it has launched pop-ups with Paperchase and opened a small e-commerce shop. But the Tumblr-inspired brand has received criticism from its target demographic for cultural appropriation, leading it to post an open letter in March 2017, stating "We would like to... apologise to all of those who have been offended by our lack of cultural sensitivity, and promise that from this point onwards, you will see changes in the way that we do things." The company also admitted that it "[had] not given enough consideration to the cultures that we have drawn from in creating The Braid Bar, particularly Black culture."
