Gucci is planning a management reshuffle by promoting three of its existing managers, effective September 1. The Kering group’s flagship brand confirmed that these new appointments concern Robert Triefus, Susan Chokachi and Federico Turconi, who have been with the company for 15, 24 and 10 years respectively.

The luxury label will be reorganizing in September - Gucci

Triefus, currently executive vice president, brand and client engagement, will assume the new role of senior executive vice president, corporate and brand strategy. After nine years as vice president of worldwide communications at Giorgio Armani, he joined Gucci in 2008 serving as global director of marketing and communications.

Triefus is succeeded as executive vice president, brand and client engagement by Chochaki, current president and CEO of Gucci Americas. She joined the company in 1998, having also worked for Armani, and over the past two decades has worked her way up through the ranks at the U.S. subsidiary to achieve this latest promotion, now at a global level.

Turconi, currently executive vice president and chief operating officer of Gucci Americas, is assuming the role of president and CEO of Gucci Americas. Prior to joining Gucci in 2011, Turconi spent three years at Vivienne Westwood.
