Eyewear brand For Art’s Sake to open in Covent Garden

Fast-growing London-based eyewear brand For Art’s Sake it set to open its first store in London's Covent Garden in early November, followed by a second shop in Shanghai.

It expects to have locations in Hong Kong, Miami and New York by 2020.

Founded in 2016, For Art’s Sake has quickly gained cult status for its fashion-forward eyewear and celebrity support. Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Palermo, Poppy Delevingne and Eva Chen are some of its A-list clients.

The brand is also stocked in over 550 exclusive boutiques and retailers, including Harvey Nichols, Saks Fifth Avenue and Net-A-Porter.

The London store will open in Covent Garden’s Market Building with a host of retail features, including a selfie station and personal shopping in five languages (Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian and English). There will be also a concierge option, tax-free shopping, click & collect and exclusive colourways.

After the London store opening, the brand will be opening in Shanghai’s XinTianDi Mall next month.
