Coach is delving into its archives for a new pop-up shop.

The US heritage fashion label will open an in-store pop-up experience called "The Coach Originals" inside its Madison Avenue boutique this New York Fashion Week, according to American media reports.

The pop-up, which will run from September 7-15, will offer shoppers a bag-heavy collection comprising 39 vintage styles and 14 new styles. The collection has been divided into a series of ‘restored' pieces from the brand's archives, a batch of unique, ‘remixed', one-of-a-kind pieces that incorporate archival styles, and a new ‘remade' line inspired by the label's past designs.

The pop-up will also offer a range of immersive experiences: shoppers will be able to customize pieces with a ‘Coach Create' section and make use of a ‘Coach Cleans' service that restores pieces. They will also be able to check out the brand's ‘Coach Rented' service, which allows customers to hire out vintage bags.

Last month it was reported that Coach would be taking to the High Line for its upcoming New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 show, which will take place in the park on September 10.
