April 6 - Belgian speciality textile group Sioen Industries said on Wednesday it had reached an agreement to sell its subsidiary Roland International.

Sioen, did not disclose the buyer or the amount of the transaction, but said in a statement it had reached an agreement in principle with a buyer in the transport sector and expects a final agreement in May.

Roland International produces finished curtains and water resistant sheets for the transport industry.
