Parisian label Balmain has chosen to introduce its brand-new logo with a four-part communication campaign. Each part has been unveiled in one of the world’s four fashion capitals - New York, London, Milan and Paris - on the opening day of their respective fashion weeks.

Balmain has unveiled in Paris the last part of its four-elements ad campaign - Balmain

The campaign, themed around the four natural elements (fire, water, air and earth) is fronted by superstar model Cara Delevingne, and has been lensed by German photographer Dan Beleiu. The campaign’s newly revealed Parisian part is dedicated to the element earth, mirroring the French capital's essential role as the birthplace and historical roots of Balmain. The New York part featured instead air, London’s part water, and Milan’s fire.

On February 14, Balmain opened a new, 750-square-metre flagship store at 374, rue Saint Honoré, Paris, taking over premises formerly occupied by Zara. A few weeks earlier, the Parisian label staged its come-back couture show after a 10-year absence from the official calendar.
