Revlon has announced that Serge Jureidini will be the newest President of both the Elizabeth Arden brand and its Global Fragrances division.

Jureidini will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth priorities of both Elizabeth Arden and the Global Fragrances division. Revlon acquired the Elizabeth Arden portfolio in an $870 million deal last September.

The cosmetic industry executive cut hit teeth at L'Oreal, spending 15 years at various roles within the luxury division, then taking over as the President of Lancome USA. After leaving that role after five years, Jureidini spent just under three years as the President and CEO of Arcade Beauty.

Jureidini will report directly to Revlon’s President & CEO Fabian Garcia. Garcia told the press, “As we continue to build and strengthen our portfolio of iconic brands, Serge’s over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, across all product categories, as a supplier to the industry and leading brands in the prestige channel, will help us achieve our growth ambitions. His extensive knowledge of the prestige and specialty channels and leadership experience with both multi-category franchise brands and fine fragrances make him a great fit for this strategic role.”

Jureidini is taking over the responsibility of two Revlon executives. JuE Wong is stepping down March 31 as President of Elizabeth Arden. Jureidini is also assuming the portfolio of the previous President of Global Fragrances, George Cleary, who is leaving the company to join Market Performance Group. Both Wong and Cleary worked for Revlon for just two years.
