Première Vision: a "season opener" to discover the trends via video

A leading textile trade fair, Première Vision is enriching its fashion information with its first Season Opener: a first look at the fall-winter 2016/17 trends, which will be presented in further detail at the trade fair in September.
 

A change in approach for Première Vision, which until now had reserved its trends for its visitors. The five videos that Première Vision will now be offering correspond to the world of its trade fairs. Thus, viewers will be able to delve deeper into the trends in threads and fibres, fabrics, materials, textile design and accessories. The sixth video will serve as a summary for all these.
 
The videos will be posted online in weekly intervals in the spring and the fall, ahead of Première Vision's Paris dates. Internet users will be able to view them for free on the organiser's site, which is adding a new section for the occasion called "Fashion Live".

The trends generated by the Première Vision teams have been extracted until now via 14 forums focused on the Paris trade fair, bringing together the fabrics selected from among the 20,000 materials submitted by manufacturers. Forums also present for the Première Vision shows held every season in Sao Paulo, New York, Shanghai and Istanbul.

The main Première Vision event will be taking place in Paris from 15 to 17 September, a few weeks ahead of Istanbul in October and Sao Paulo in November. In the meantime, Première Vision New York is being held on 21 and 22 July.
