Dancer and performance artist Mette Towley has been unveiled as the new global brand ambassador at Revlon.

The US star, who is known for her standout performances in music videos such as N.E.R.D's "Lemon" and "1000" has been snapped up by the beauty giant as part of its "Live Boldly" campaign. Her first ad for the brand will feature its new Volumazing Mascara, which launched last month.

"I'm very grateful and excited to have received this opportunity to partner with Revlon, a brand that supports my passion for beauty and the arts," said Towley in a statement. "I look forward to our partnership being a great catalyst to inspire others to embrace their individuality and live boldly."

"As we evolve Revlon's Live Boldly campaign, we want to continue to celebrate and champion strong, talented and inspirational women," added Silvia Galfo, Global Brand President of Revlon. "Mette's passion is present in everything she touches and she truly embodies the Revlon woman today."

Towley, who has worked extensively with Pharrell Williams, is the latest of several big names to join Revlon. Supermodels Ashley Graham, Adwoa Aboah, Imaan Hammam and Raquel Zimmermann also landed a major campaign for the brand back in January, with actress Gal Gadot unveiled as global brand ambassador the same month.
